Terms, Agreements and Conditions
The Affiliate Banner Exchange (hereafter referred to as the
ABE) is in no way responsible for the banners placed on the exchange. While
every precaution is taken so that we can to make sure all banners remain clean, there are
those who will try and beat the system.
The ABE has the right to place very specific non-Affiliate banners on the exchange. If
this does occur, it will only be to sponsors of the ABE to defray costs of running the
network. Sponsors will be carefully selected and banners carefully watched to maintain the
general audience like atmosphere of the Affiliate sites on which they will be displayed.
Due to the fact that the ABE does not have control over sites placed on the ABE, extra
precautions must be taken to protect ourselves. I hope you understand.
Banner Requirements
Banner size = 468 x 60 pixels in size
Maximum size of 10kb ( the above banner is under 7kb)
Animation is ok
Cannot be transparent
Must be located on a permanent server at the time you submit your site,
and for as long as you are a member of the ABE. (Xoom.com members, you
must find another server to host your banner, because Xoom does not allow other servers to

As always, all banners must be 100% viewable by a general audience.
Web Site Requirements
If you are placing advertising on a website:
You represent that you own all of the content, on your site, and all intellectual property
rights, and are not infringing the rights of others, or have all expressed necessary
rights to place advertising within your site, and to collect payment for advertising;
You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your
site and for all materials that appear on your site. We disclaim all liability for these
matters. Further, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and
expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) relating to the development,
operation, maintenance, and contents of your site.
All web sites must be have an at least one Affiliate program on their site.
Must be totally scam free.
Other Notes
Once you submit your site to the ABE, you will be given the code to place on your
page(s). Do not edit the sizes of the images!! If you do, your account
will be deleted.
Banners cannot be placed in pop-up windows, and cannot be placed in a page that has
auto-reload.
